Darrell was very friendly and patient. He listened to my needs, then immediately found the mattress i've spent hours searching for. The reason for only 3 Stars is Darrell too quickly told me the Taxes that were included and, unfortunately, I missed what he said.. I was unpleasantly surprised when I received the sell confirmation that I paid a stamdard Tax, as well as state and county Taxes? Without receiving an explanation. I question the validity of that charge. Therefore I have mixed emotions about Med+Mart. NT

Not only did it take almost 2 months to get the wheelchair which was very expensive, the dyno ergo chair is not easy to use and the brakes can only be applied by someone behind the chair. I bought this because my elderly mother is a fall risk and she is very small and I needed something adjustable where her feet could touch the ground so she can maneuver with her feet. Even with her feet touching the ground the chair does not maneuver easily as advertised. It is also unsafe that she is unable to apply the brakes herself.

Hi there, Dorothy- I took a look at your order and I see that you ordered at your own discretion on our website which is perfectly okay for a lot of instances and purchases. Being as though I know these products really well on the equipment side of things, I also understand patient care first-handedly and I can understand your concern and the disconnect here. The chair you bought isn't a wheelchair for self-propel and self-use. It's also a tilt-in-space chair which only a caregiver can control the tilt mechanism from behind the chair for patient safety purposes. This is also where the brake is. If this were a tilt-in-space wheelchair, the brakes would be accessible to the user like standard wheelchairs but since this is a tilt-in-space transport chair only, it should be in locked position at all times unless a caregiver is pushing and assisting the patient. These are safety features built-in to be in regulatory compliance. I hope this clears up any confusion for this specific product you purchased. We do have product specialists available by phone Monday - Friday 9am-8pm EST and Saturdays 10am - 4pm EST. They are always on stand-by to assist our customers in any way.
