Delivery was delayed on first choice item (lift chair) but Med Mart allowed me to substitute another similar item which would arrive much sooner. Lift chair is incredibly useful in helping wife get up and sit down safely. Heating is also quite effective in helping cope with back pain.

It would be a 10 their was a lack of communication on shipping and tracking number never did get a working tracking number it just shows up today
