Dwayne was the rep I spoke with. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and patient, helping me make a decision on an item I was purchasing for my Dad’s use. We compared features, cost and functions and I’m sure I’ll be very happy with the chair I purchased. Five stars to Dwayne. Shopping online for an item I know very little about can be a challenge but he made it easy and I thank him for his patience and willingness to answer my questions

We unfortunately have no control over these changes. As much as I would hate to refer you to our competition, I understand how important it is to find the product you need and especially the product you WANT. Some other retailers may still be selling this item and you can do a quick search to find another reputable seller online. The supplier that we previously obtained these products from no longer stocks them so we had no option but to discontinue the item on our site. I believe it could be an impact of the new tariff issues. Several of our previously listed items have been affected. We do of course, have many other similar options if you want help choosing something different. Either way, I sincerely hope you find the item you want!!
