I received the Joerns bed I ordered in record time. I was impressed with Darrell Flunker -salesman’s attention to my requests. I was actually in Rehab when the bed arrived at my home so my son did not open it right away Two weeks later when my son opened the boxes, it was discovered that the mattress was missing. I got in touch with Med Mart and Darrell Flunker -my salesman, immediately ordered one expedited. When the warehouse mixed up my order with another persons and I received a walker, AGAIN, Darrell Flunker ordered the mattress - this time overnight. It arrived on Monday just in time as I came home from Rehab on Tuesday. Thanks to Darrell Flunker, the mattress arrived in time for my first night home. I’m sleeping very well in this bed after sleeping in a lift chair for 4.5 years. Thank you, Med Mart for a wonderful experience. While we had a couple hiccups, Med Mart was right on top of it to make sure things were corrected. I will definitely look to Med Mart for any future purchases. Thanks to all the team at Med Mart. Here are 5 stars from me *****!! Yay.

The service was outstanding. The products were patiently describe in a very understandable fashion. This was particularly necessary for my 96 year old dad. Ms. Houston did an great job providing friendly and helpful service.

My experience started off so well! We bought a bed for my dad from MedMart last year and everything was great! So, I placed an order for a hospital bed and a hoyer lift this spring for my mother to use in a house that was under construction. I was told it would be no problem to hold the items until we were ready for delivery. MedMart team was great about calling to check in and see how things were going. The house was still not ready when my mother died last month. I called to cancel and refund the orders. It took over a month to finally get confirmation that the orders were refunded, and then I saw that I had been charged over $1700 in cancellation and storage fees! For a pair of orders that never left the warehouse! I was promised a call from someone in management to discuss, but that has not yet happened. I am hoping MedMart will find a way to make this right, or that will be the last of my money they ever receive.

This guy is awesome. I called for a replacement battery and this person answered and ask for the battery part number. Told me to go online on Med Mart told me to type the number of part needed. Bingo exact same thing. Processed everything and in no time. Says will be shipped to your address, might receive it to or latest be next day. That is the definition of a customer service...delivered with upbeat demeanor... Thank you...
