Just an all round bad experience trying to get a wheel chair for my husband, would never buy from these crooks

Hi there, I was able to reference your order by this review, and I truly don't understand why we would be called crooks. You placed an order on our website for a wheelchair, without any assistance from anyone, you received it very quickly and when you reached out for a return, you didn't have return packaging. That is one of the very few things that is a requirement to return a medical equipment product. We truly do everything we can to assist during unfortunate situations. The price of the wheelchair was less than $200 and to send you packaging and then with shipping prices and the manufacturer's restock charge, the order would have been in the negative. We tried alternative solutions that weren't helpful and we're very sorry for that. We regret when things like this happen out of our own control and wish there would have been a better outcome for you.
