I liked the videos. I bought a gogo 14 years ago and it is just now wearing out. The scooters are well worth the cost and are reasonably priced. And I am a large person and they are very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Talked to Stacy, very professional, knowledgable about product. Her recommendation was Jazzy 600ES. Went ahead an ordered it and hopefully it will work well.

Initial service was Great. Very helpful with my order! Be careful of what items you order. Their return policy is broad and vague and most items can't be returned even if unopened. They lack to properly state items as non returnable in the return policy section of the item itself and more importantly in the description of the item they are selling. Be careful not to get suckered into an item that u cannot return due to vague return policy page.

A collosal waste of time.. reps are ignorant and don't listen.. placed an order for forearm crutches over 6 weeks ago.. still nothing.. was told I needed to have my Doctor fill form out requesting Forearm Crutches.. Med Mart put the order in as regular crutches.. never sent any needed correspondence concerning this matter .. v when I called today.. the lady I spoke with was rude and short and became argumentative when questioned.. NEVER DO BUSINESS with Med Mart.. you will be sorry.. I also rented a knee scooter from them.. UNSAFE, rusted, brakes didn't work and they charged $80 a month for that JUNK!! And they ignorantly replied to my review of the Evandale Store and the behavior of their employees. You can see that this business is out of touch with its customers..

Have rec’d and lived with mattress for a while now, all good. I ordered over Christmas holiday so expected some delay. Turned out to be just one day delay though. When I called to check status they hopped on it and got back to me same day with update, then tracking info by email. Ordering was easy, great deal, post-purchase follow-up was prompt, courteous, and efficient, and product arrived by fedex in great shape. Medical Supplies is a competitive market -- so many vendors to sift through — so I’m glad to have found one that did great in pricing, delivery, and product quality. I have not had to deal with a return or defect so can’t speak to that.
