The website purchasing experience was very seamless and easy to navigate. However, I am disappointed that the site advertised same-day shipping for in-stock items. The wheelchair I purchased was listed as in stock, yet it is now the second day and the order has still not shipped. My wife recently broke her leg, and we were relying on this wheelchair to arrive as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, that does not appear to be the case. Clear and accurate shipping information is important, especially for essential medical equipment, and this experience felt misleading.

The chat was informative with asking my question and it was quick. It helped me make the decision whether or not to purchase what I was looking at since it was a big ticket item.
