Cancelled this order and Medmart still charged 1/3rd of the price which is over $1600. They never got close to shipping the bed or delivering it to my home. This is robery of the elderly and you should be ashamed, I will never use or recommend you moving forward.

Very helpful in ordering my bed, but prior to shippingy health decline and they put the order on hold and then when I was not going to need it. They canceled and refunded all my money

Hi Lucinda, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are glad our team was able to assist with your order and accommodate the change in your health needs by placing the order on hold and then processing a full refund when it was no longer required. Your well-being is most important to us, and we appreciate you taking the time to let us know how things worked out. If you ever need anything in the future, we are here to help. Thanks, Team Med Mart

I still haven’t received my package you shouldn’t advocate the sale of items that you don’t have in your inventory that you gotta back to the manufacturer to order it secondary and they are in freaking China
Response from Med MartDec 28, 2025
Hi Rich, Thank you for letting us know, and we are very sorry for the frustration this has caused. We understand how disappointing it is to experience a delay, especially when you were expecting your order sooner. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and occasionally this can result in longer lead times than originally estimated. We should have communicated those delays more clearly. Thanks, Team Med Mart

purchased a Golden Buzzaround carryon power chair for my mother in October . great power chair, very portable, moves in and out of tight areas very well. needs to be on a paved surface, doesn't work well in gravel or grass . purchased a spare battery today . Darrell in customer service was very helpful. thank you
