Where is my stethoscope?
Where is my stethoscope? I did not get a warning that this was out of stock. Or a warning that it would be months wait.

Sharon, Our standard out of stock notice online is "Delay 1-2 Days" which, in most cases, is pretty accurate. We receive regular shipments from Littmann. Your order was placed on the 22nd (Friday) and shipped on the 26th (Tuesday). We are not in on the weekends. You should have received emails with both a notification of the back order and then the tracking details. If you need the shipping details please contact me directly. Great website
I order a littman cardiology IV and also an ID tag for it. I had both engraved. Came out great. Glad I ordered from #medisave. Plus I got a great deal.

Delay and a hole on the diaphragm
Had a delay with my stethoscope that i bought, but they did inform about the delay after i bought it. Then i got a master cardio steth with a pin hole on the middle of the diaphragm.

Sorry about the delay. The pin hole is part of the design - it is to keep the chestpiece from creating a vacuum that would hinder auscultation.

My serial number in my stethoscope is…
My serial number in my stethoscope is not working with the app for lithmann, i dont think its authentic, i ordered littmann 3200, so disappointed!

A.Q. Sorry for the trouble with the App. Did you enter the serial number without the SN as imprinted on the side of the chestpiece? Rest assured this is an authentic Littmann. We are a preferred distributor and get all our inventory directly from 3M. You don't have to take my word for it - you can look up the date of manufacture and warranty on the Littmann site (it will also show you that you have the correct sequence of numbers): https://www.littmann.com/3M/en_US/littmann-stethoscopes/my-stethoscope/warranty/ If you are still having issues with the App contact me directly - we do have additional access codes available.
