I ordered 2 Littman III stethoscopes, graduation gifts for 2 of my nieces pursuing their nursing degrees after high school, with engraving on each and spent almost $300. I placed my order on June 26, 2026 and before I completed my purchase they promised that for a $20.21 shipping fee they would have my order delivered by July 2, 2026. Well order won’t be delivered until July 6, 2026!! I feel scammed! When I called to see if I could get refunded the shipping fee at least they said they couldn’t do anything about it. That it’s not a guarantee. Okay so then why market it that way. The representative specifically told me they have “tons” of complaints on this issue. So their solution is to ignore the complaints and continue to profit off of their failed promises. Very, very disappointing to know that a company selling medical supplies would just purposely rob good paying customers and be okay with it… :( Oh I just received an email for a refund of $4 stating that was the difference in what I paid and what they were charged but wait I thought shipping free on orders larger than $125… so I basically paid for shipping then… another advertised promise broken. What a shame!

I was sent a obviously used and returned item. Very unacceptable.

I strongly advise against ordering from Medisave. I purchased a Littmann Cardiology IV (over $200), and the experience was poor from start to finish. Not only was the shipping incredibly slow, but the product arrived with a blurry engraving and a visible defect on the diaphragm. When I reached out to customer service, they were completely dismissive, claiming the blurry text was "consistent with their process" and the diaphragm defect was "normal." For medical-grade equipment at this price point, I expected much higher quality control and better accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered for gift for staff. Expected delivery date was 7 days away confirmed by company email at order time. Company waited 11 days to send me email telling me they finally shipped. Turns out they had only printed label; they tendered it to carrier 3 days later - two weeks after order. Too incompetent to use as supplier. Will not buy from them again.

I ordered a stethoscope for my daughter who starts nursing school in 3 days. I ordered on 12/25/25 with a delivery date of 1/2/26. My card was charged the full amount the day of the order. It was not delivered as promised. I have still not been provided with a ship notice or tracking number. I have emailed the company and gotten no response and I called today and got a voicemail. Afraid this might be a scam.

i never got my order. i spent $130 on a chocolate stethoscope and never even got it! i ordered it on the 17th of December. ALSO my card was charged but when i logged into my account on medisave it said “no orders”. how could you guys do this to people? this is sick. you’ll get your karma and anyone else who’s involved. that’s really sad. can’t even put a reference number bc i never got one!

Placed my ordered on 12/15/25 to hopefully get it delivered 12/22/25. I reached out 12/20/25 no answer until 12/222/25(office closed) This morning I received an email stating: We do apologize for the delay. Due to heavy order volume we have not been able to meet the estimated delivery date for your order; your order is currently in production and is scheduled to ship out today. Please be on the lookout for a tracking number later in the day. Instead of rushing my order because 1. You did not notify me that there is a shipment delay. Wtf!! 2. You didn’t think to expedite the shipment because of YOUR delay!!??? You definitely did not delay to take my money! Do better. I ordered ahead and chose your business because you said estimated delivery will come sooner. The communication between you should’ve happened WAY back when you know your workload is piled up. DO BETTER.

Ordered stethoscope and case from them and was given 12/16 delivery date. Called 12/16 and was told that free shipping items were pushed back and Rob could not confirm that deliver would take place by Christmas. I was fortunate enough to be able to find another gift and able to get it here for Christmas. Customer service was helpful cancelling my order, but seem like they could care less. I get delivery times are estimates and that you push free shipping items back, but to be over a week off is highly misleading. You only offer the free shipping because it is Christmas time so to be told "we can't guarantee it will make it by then", put that in your orders for free shipping.
