Sorry for the delay. We are seeing transit times for Ground shipments take a little longer than typical at the moment. According to UPS, this package was delivered Tuesday, January 21 at 3:20 P.M. I've sent an email with the proof of delivery. Please let me know if you did not receive the package.

Sorry for the trouble with the Shop App. That integration with our system could be better. We do email tracking details directly once the order is complete. According to USPS, this package was delivered in or at the mailbox at 4:37 pm on December 21, 2024. Please let us know if you did not receive it.

Sorry for the trouble with this shipment. Your order should have been received in a bubble mailer that would, under normal circumstances, protect the box in which the stethoscopes come. To be clear, thes Littmann box is not sealed (by Littmann or by us). There should be no damage unless the package was mis-handled by the carrier. Please let us know what damage you see. These Littmann stethoscopes are not fragile - they are designed for even the most inhospitable clinical environments.

Diana, I'm sorry for the trouble you've had with your recent order. We rely on our carriers to transport and delivery our packages responsibly. That is not always the case. The bubble mailers we use are typically sufficient to protect our merchandise. In some case - whether bubble mailer or cardboard box - they are not. The Littmann box styles change from time to time. They should offer the same protection. Feel free to use the original foam in the replacement box. If you'd like, I can send a POD Case free of charge for your trouble. Sorry for the delay. 3M Littmann has been having major production issues with certain stethoscopes. We can only report the estimated release dates they provide which, unfortunately, have not been very accurate.

Sorry for the delay. We had already been seeing delays across all our carriers due to the pandemic - unprecedented winter weather in the south-central United States created terrible delays - all, unfortunately, completely out of our control.
