great service!

I got exactly what I wanted at a great price and shipping was very fast.

This is my second order from MediSave. I ordered a stethoscope that was out of stock, but nothing on the website indicated that. I emailed a week later asking for an update on my order. They responded that the item had been out of stock (first I’d heard about it) but was now back and I’d receive an email when it shipped. About a week later, it arrived, but no email with tracking number so the arrival was a surprise. I never got any communication unless I initiated it. Item was as described, but customer service was iffy.

Received my order exactly as what i ordered online, got it on time and with free stuff.

Ordered multiple items, wasn’t aware 2 items were out of stock. Help up my entire order nearly a week while those items were stocked. Gave 3 stars because when I called, customer service was helpful and made sure they went out the next day.

I went with this vendor for my stethoscope because I liked the customization options for my engraving. It came out super good and I was surprised to receive it just a couple days after ordering. Would recommend
