I ordered a case for my Littmann Core Digital stethoscope, the case is too small for the stethoscope, and it seemed used, reeking of cigarettes. The guy on the phone argued it smelled like plastic, but it's definitely cigarettes. Due to the case not fitting my Stethoscope as advertised and the guy being argumentative over the phone, I requested a return. They obliged, but didn't want to refund the engraving. Oh well.

I ordered a Littman Stethoscope, a Stethoscope case and a Sphygmomanometer from Medisave on April 9th 2026. It is currently July 16th and I have still not received my order! When ordering and going to checkout these items, the website doesn’t tell you the items are on back order until after you pay! I found it so deceiving that they still had products up for sale that they didn’t even have inventory for. Unfortunately I had to cancel my order as I couldn’t bare to wait any longer than the 3 months I already had to wait. The only plus side of this was the communication with customer service team was amazing, they tried their very best to resolve this issue!

We're sorry that we could not meet the estimated delivery. To be clear, USPS Priority Mail is not an express service. There is no guaranteed time in transit for this basic postal service. We do encourage customers to contact us if they have specific required dates. We can always expedite order processing and recommend guaranteed delivery options.

i did not want to have a signature required for my package. now i will have to go on my 1 day off per week and wait in line at the post office. EDIT: my order was a small part. it is a stethoscope tag that I purchased for $12. it is absurd to require a signature for this.

John, I apologize for the trouble with your package. We do require a signature for all of our orders (with the exception of small parts). This is the best way for us to account for the transport and delivery of these valuable medical devices. Even with this we are seeing an increase in delivery exceptions - especially with USPS. That said, we do have a number of options available for customers like yourself for whom standard USPS delivery many not be ideal. FedEx offers numerous pick up locations that include many Walgreens Pharmacies with 24 hour service.

While it isn’t totally their fault, the package was shipped requiring a signature. I had no idea and work 1 hour away from my home. I missed the delivery, tried to schedule a redelivery, and now my package is lost somewhere with USPS. BEYOND frustrated and unsure if I will even receive it in time for the special occasion for which it was purchased.

I apologize for the trouble with this shipment. All orders do require signature (except small parts orders). This is the best way to insure proper transport and delivery. Even with this precaution, however, we are seeing delivery issues with all of our carriers - especially USPS. The USPS Redelivery is, regrettably, very unreliable. Im not completely sure where the issue lies, but the overall experience was not the best. The first setback was the stethoscope that i had ordered went on back order ( which i can't place the blame on the company). Then I was willing to switch my color choice , unfortunately the options were slim. To further the situation a signature was required at delivery. I am not home for the delivery nor am i able to get to the Post Office to pick it up. I had asked Medisave to retract the signature request, and was told they cannot. Now all I want is a refund and they can have their package returned since I cannot get it.

Jason, I apologize for the trouble with your order. This has been a very trying year with supply issues from 3M Littmann and delivery issues from USPS - all completely out of our control. As detailed in our Shipping Terms and Conditions, a signature is required for ALL shipments (with the exception of small, 1st Class Mail parts). This helps ensure proper carrier service and provides the necessary proof of delivery required for this high-end personalized medical equipment. With the recent, pandemic related issues we are having with all our carriers - especially USPS - this is even more important. Delivery exceptions and delays are becoming less the exception to the rule and more a frequent frustration for us and our customers. The signature requirement is the only way we have to hold our carriers accountable and, in the case of missing packages, file a claim for lost merchandise. We do, of course, have a number of shipping options. Had we had the conversation before the order was shipped we could have sent it to a local pick up location - FedEx Ground offers pick up at a number of pharmacies and local retailers - often with 24 hour pick up service. While USPS will not change a delivery address we can request to have the package sent back to us at which point I would be happy to arrange to reship your order at our expense to a location of your choosing. I ordered a stethoscope on their website, which was said to be in stock at the time. A while later, I was emailed saying it was out of stock. I had to call in, when I was told that a new shipment was coming in and that it would be mailed out soon. I received my shipment a few days late, due to the restocking. Then I found that the engraving that I had ordered was poorly done. I had to send the product back to get fixed. A lot of hiccups on the way to receive my product. Disappointed in how long it is taking for me to get to use the product I bought. However, customer service associate was friendly and fast in responding. Return shipping was also done fast. 5/5 for the stethoscope itself. Took points off for quality issues with how long it took for me to use the product.

I really had high hopes for this company. I ordered Littman Cardiology 4 on 1/6/20, I've received an email that they are delayed. and each time I email for an update, the date for potential delivery is pushed off. I understand that times are different, but customer service should not have changed. keep your customers updated and don't put the products back online if they are amongst those that are supposedly back-ordered. I've waited this long, I'll wait a little more, but unfortunately I wont be a returning customer.

The specific stethoscope you ordered is among a long list of Littmann stethoscopes unavailable due to pandemic related production issues. We understand how frustrating this is. We receive updates from Littmann but they are not always accurate. We can always switch orders to something else in stock or cancel and refund in full.
