Great company! I never write reviews but for medical equipment I feel it necessary to write one. Medisave had the lowest price, fastest free shipping and offered cute symbols along with the standard name engraving that no other company offers. The owner also calls you back same day if you’ve got questions. A+

Stethoscope shipped fast!

My stethoscope arrived earlier than the carrier’s estimated date of arrival so that was a pleasant surprise. I ordered my Cardiology IV on a Friday and had not received an email saying it had shipped. But to be fair I ordered it late on a Friday and I requested an engraving. Regardless I called Monday just to see if things were moving along and the man on the phone was very helpful and said my product would be shipping soon and likely arrive within a week. It arrived about 2 business days earlier. But of course with the COVID situation carriers have been slower than usual so be prepared for variations in delivery times from all of your online purchases. I was a bit concerned about some of the reviews I read questioning the authenticity of the Littmann stethoscopes but I had no real reason to because when it arrived my stethoscope was brand new and functioning perfectly. Plus all you have to do to check your stethoscopes authenticity is to go to the Littman warranty website and type in the serial number located on the chest piece. It will show you the exact date your product was manufactured and the date the warranty will expire. Easy as that. And for the reviewers complaining of the change in weight of the Cardiology IV. Well it was deliberately designed to be lighter, which in my opinion is better because it doesn’t weigh down your pockets or your neck as much. Anyway it was a great purchase. Glad to have upgraded my stethoscope. Oh and I have the blue tubing with rainbow chest piece. The rainbow colors are awesome but be warned the shade of blue if the tube is more of a navy blue than the cobalt blue you see in the pictures. It’s still gorgeous and I anticipated that actually. Plus navy blue is my favorite color.

I made a mistake when writing the engraving that I wanted on my stethoscope that I purchased as a gift for my wife. When I spoke to Robert Kaiser on the phone about this, he assured me that this would not be an easy fix at all and it might not come out in a way that I would like, but he would be willing to do another engraving on the stethoscope to fix my mistake. I'm happy to say that we got the stethoscope back and we love it better than we could've imagined. Robert did an absolutely amazing job and I'm so glad to have gotten in contact with him. Thank you.

I had to contact them to get ordered items shipped. Once I did that it was fast! Stethoscope is great and so is the engraving.

This does slightly better on clothes then my Classic III, but on skin it makes all the difference! The tubing reduces outside noise better, but it really helps pick up heart and lung sounds so much better to really help identify what it is you are listening to instead of just hearing that they are breathing or have a heartbeat.
