This company is TERRIBLE!!! The representatives are VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. I return the devices on 12/2/2022 & they were received by Medical Guardian on 12/5/2022. They called my on 12/23/2022 to renew the account!! I advised them they received the equipment back on 12/5/22. I was told no-one mark the account. Then on 12/29/22 they took $52.92 out of my checking account!! This company STOLE money!!! This Company is NOTHING but a bunch of SCAMMERS & THIEVES!! This is FRAUD!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

So disappointed in this company. They are not truthful. Very misleading. Tried to cancel and return device several times because of the uncertainty of my Mom being able to use it. They kept telling me to wait. The device was never activated. The box never opened. They refused to give me the full refund. I paid for a year in advance. Shame on them. Do not use this company!

We had the Medical guardian necklace exactly 2.5 months and the POS isn't working. So now they want us to pay $150 for a new one. What a scam! They also said they have translators on the line as our mom doesn't speak English and yet they consistently answer the phone in English and you have to wait and wait and wait and they might have a translator finally get on the line. It's confusing since both the translator and MG rep are talking at the same time. Wish we went with a different company.

This is a horrible, predatory company. They make it purposely impossible to cancel once your loved one has died. There should be a class action lawsuit against them. Run don't walk!

They have definitely gone WOKE!!! They charged me 159.95 and said I had a 14 day free trial.I hated the equipment..They hung up on me 3 times as I questioned extra charges in my bank account...They gave me 57.dollars back after 168.taken...It is a scam...Ruuunnnnn!!!!!!!!!!!

This company refuses to cancel service. My father was placed in a care home, and they have refused to turn off their billings for a service not needed, despite repeated phone calls. To top that they have started charging higher rates to which I had to change my own credit card to turn them off. Horrible experience, avoid them at all costs.

Due to health issues I ordered a GPS system and paid for a year's service in advance. It took 8 days to receive it. I started by fully charging the device. Then I tried to test the unit per the manual instructions. IT DIDNT WORK.. So I called Customer Service and they attempted to do a RESET. That didn't work and after 15 minutes on the phone they said Tech Support would call me. They finally called me after 18 hours only to find out that Tech Support generally take 24 to 48 hours. They informed me that they would try to do another RESET. THE NEXT DAY I received a message requesting I call them to discuss my OPTIONS. I called and asked how to return the item... they gave me a R/A #, and shipping address and informed me that it may take 30 days to see the refund posted FROM THE TIME THEY RECEIVE THE BAD UNIT. THATS RIDICULOUS... THEY GOT MY MONEY RIGHT AWAY... AND I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE LOCK BOX THAT WAS PART OF THE PROMOTION... I DID SEND THEM AN EMAIL FOR THEM TO INCLUDE THE POSTAGE FOR THE RETURN... WE'LL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

Ordered a home device for my mother. She did not like it as she would set it off by accident and decided she did not want it after only 1 month. We paid for 1 year in advance to take advantage of the free month. This was the worst return experience ever! Once they received the device (at our cost to return) we get an email they had received and to allow 30 days for receipt of the refund. After 37 days I called because no refund has been received. Found out they put a credit on my Medical Guardian account but did not refund. NO reason why this occurred. In questioning the amount to be refunded was advised the charge for 33 days was $98! (1 year total was $354) The customer service rep could not explain how the prorated refund was calculated other than that $50 was for the restocking fee (which the rep I talked to when we decided to cancelled assured me he had submitted a request to waive this fee). Then was transferred to Resolutions department who explained there is a $50 restocking fee as well as the original $12.50 shipping fee to send the device to her. None of this was explained when we ordered the device - we were assured we could cancel at anytime for any reason so we went with the annual pre-paid plan. I can't imagine how many of the elderly are ripped off by this company with their 'fees'. I would not recommend using this company for anything. It was extremely frustrating for me and cannot imagine an elderly person having to work thru all this themselves.
