I called this company to look into a medical alert system for my sister. My sister passed away so there was no need for a device. The telephone sales agent calls me sometimes 5 times per day, leaving messages although I have told her NOT to call anymore. There is NO NEED for a device She is harassing me! And, she won't stop. Not good marketing and not a good company! Don't do business with this company. They have "sick" agents who think it is fun to harass grieving people.

Medical Guardian is responsive and has been so helpful to my Mom when she has fallen a few times. Thank you!!!!

I did research for a lifeline type device for my mother when she finally agreed to wear one. I discovered that companies like life alert require a set of at least three units for their system to completely protect a user; 1 in the bathroom, 1 to wear outside, and another for a spot inside the house. All three devices are bulky and cheap looking plastic boxes with a big red button; crap. Medical Guardian's single unit is a small one that is worn around the neck and is waterproof. weather proof, works indoors or outdoors, and in the shower as well. It can also be used to verbally speak to an operator in the event of an emergency by pressing a button. There is an option for it to be programed to detect a sudden drop, as in a fall, and has a GPS location. Since I purchased the unit it has saved my mother's life three times; 2 critical falls and an asthma attack. We had to replace the first unit after three years because the time was getting shorter between charges (only just over a day) but the new unit was less than $150 and was easy to change over. What price do I put on her safety and my piece of mind? I call this money well spent.

They are running a good scam. We were told the system would definitely work in our area. It never worked. You would press the button and it said, can't connect, please call 911. Returned equipment and still being charged. Refused to give a refund. Beware and stay away from Medical Guardian.

DO NOT USE.. These people sold an email address that I used to sign up with, and it is currently bombarded with dozens of emails for various medical services every day, ranging from balding to menopause, to penis enlargement. What is most annoying as they think they are sending these to my 85-year-old mom. . Do not trust these people with your personal data

I ordered my watch from Amazon in early July, 2023, and didn't see anywhere that it wouldn't have the 'fall alert', although it was not my main reason for ordering the device. I got it to try to convince my cousin that her older cousin (me) got one of these devices for peace of mind for me and mostly for my Family, as I spend most every day alone. I'm now 79, and I was trying to convince her that after her small stroke last year, where she lay on her kitchen floor for around 3 days, and thankfully recovered after a neighbor checked on her, and then later that year, she had a fall outside and fractured her arm. I actually wear the watch every time I go out, whether walking or driving, just for the peace of mind. Well, I bought my Cousin a pendant and a year's subscription with the 'fall alert' and went to her home, about a 7-hour drive from here, and gave it to her with the explanation that the peace of mind for her and her Family is worth wearing it! She lives alone in a different state than me and also a different state from her Sister, as well. I believe she does wear the pendant most all of the time. I certainly hope she does.
