Having no cellular service in this area, I was very concerned when Frontier decided to disconnect my land line for fiber optics. In a loss of power there is no way to contact emergency services! That also meant that the medical guardian unit we have was useless without a land line. BUT… the man I spoke to, as I was about to cancel my subscription, saved our lives. He introduced me to another system that works on WIFI AND has a battery back up!!! The stress that I have been going through for a while suddenly all fell away as we will now have a way to contact emergency services when the power is out, which happens many times a year! 4 of 5 stars because the initial contact told me I had no choice but to cancel as they only used land lines for contact. Used for Mom and sister - like the product - it has necklace and button, so something that everyone can use. Very good customer service and the sales pitch contains useful and valid information. Mom is gone - sister is using now and so far, likes the idea of being able to get help if she falls.

The pendant bon my device broke I called the necklace broke and I was supposed to receive a lanyard never did. Had to order from Amazon. My device fell I can't find it it didn't go off I called to cancel and told ni have to send bit back. I don't have it terrible customer service faulty product I talked to a different representative later in the day who apologized and is doing everything to help

Thankfully my Mom hasn't had to use it. But when we test it, the call center is very professional and understanding. It's a great sense of security to have for the elderly, or anyone that's by themselves.

I like that the watch looks like a smartwatch, no one can tell it's a medical one. Features cost extra, the watch is not covered under insurance.

I've not had a medical emergency this past year, although several false alarms have occurred. Your agents have responded immediately to check on me. I'm most assured by this and look forward to continue to being your client.
