I bought three jasper counter stools that were delivered in early October. Within a month, I emailed customer service and showed them pictures of the finish already wearing off the stools with normal use. The response I got was slow and not helpful. Over the course of the fall, the $600 chair has lost its grey oak look and is now a stark white. Finally, after multiple attempts in contacting customer service with very slow responses, I was given 10% off. They said because I was already given a discount - I wasn't. My designer got the trade price - that is not a discount to the customer. The discount hardly will make a dent in the cost to refinish the stool much less three of them. This company may have great aesthetic products but they are not a company led with integrity that stands behind their product, and the quality is simply not there; they will not last long. Buyer beware.

Apparently, I am not the only customer having issues with this company. I have been in contact with customer service for over a month now trying to figure out why my $1200 purchase has yet to be delivered. It was backordered until 2/6/2021 and was supposed to ship that week. I received and email stating that it would ship 2-3 weeks after the backorder date. 3 weeks came and went and I asked for an update. CSR told me unfortunately it would be 4-6 weeks. After I told her it was communicated it would be 2-3 weeks she emailed me with tracking from the logistics company showing it was picked up and in transit on 3/2/2020 and would arrive 3/16/2020. That date came an went. CSR told me that it can take awhile for the truck to travel across the country. Logistics then updated to a 3/23 arrival date. I called logistics yesterday 3/22 because I still have had any update. Logistics said they did not know where the truck was but was en-route and should arrive in my city "any day now". I check logistics today and new arrival date is 4/9/2021. I reach out to McGee and Co. and the CSR manager informs me the table has not been picked up yet, but let her know if I want to cancel my order? Canceling my order does not solve the issue! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! You may never get your product. My purchase date was October 2020!!!

Agree with all the comments. Shocking customer service and delivery times given the price and high profile of this brand. Great aesthetic, horrible experience.

emailed customer service. Was interested in purchasing a rug and a few items that were featured on one of the videos. Also, asked if they could share paint color. Was told by customer service, no, they would not share the items due to the fact the customer "paid" for the McGee and Co experience and it would not be fair to them. How can you purchase items from them if you cannot locate it on their site? Just wanted to buy the rug . Live in the south, unable to "drop" in at their store.

Wondering why some of the items on their website are the same items carried at Target but with a much higher price tag! Scandalous!

I ordered 4 very expensive sconces for my bathroom, along with a few other small items, and the sconces never arrived! I have called during business hours, left numerous messages and sent many emails trying to get a response. Nobody has called me back, and the one email I received, said sorry our system didn’t pick up your first email, but it’s funny that that email was connected to her response. She said she’d call me right away after speaking to the manufacturer. 2 weeks later, nothing! I found the exact sconces on Lamps Plus, in stock and much less. Beware!

Buyer Beware! Absolutely the worst customer service and completely nonresponsive. Either placed on indefinite hold or no answer. Their customer service hours listed on site are inaccurate too, because I've called during 'open hours' only to receive a message that they are still closed. I tried to order furniture to only discover a shopping cart error --- it was inadvertently double/tripling the quantity amounts. Even with a cleared cache it was spike my final costs and no way to fix the quantity amounts. Can imagine many have been scammed by this site error. I cannot believe Target carries a brand with so many complaints and issues!

I ordered In November and understand delays in this COVID environment but honestly for the price you pay, you would think it would be an amazing customer experience - oh contraire, this is the worst customer service experience I have witnessed in my adult lifetime. The communication has been almost non-existent on my order. The shipping info is basically erroneous and the tracking/shipping link is a dead link. It doesn't link to anything. Honestly epic fail McGee and Co. Perhaps you should spend less time on your entertainment channels and more time supporting your product line. I would not pay the premium. I expect the markup on their stuff is about 400% and for that, it should be an absolutely amazing customer service experience. I disagree with the earlier post about wanting to give them a 0. I would give them a negative number if I could. They simply do not seem to have the infrastructure of a sophisticated commerce enterprise. Disastrous.
