Your customer service reps. have been responsive and compassionate with resolving issues I've had with items I have purchased. I have seen a huge improvement with your ordering process as well as your packaging of items!!!!

I love the concept of mcgee and co. Love being inspired by the products and design. The products and design are very tastefully done. My only complaint is once I place my order, customer service isn’t reachable. I would like to call the number and actually speak to a person and not have to leave a message and hope I get a response back. I realize it’s hard to find help these days but customer service is just as important as the purchase in an agreement. Most companies are good at taking peoples money but when there is an issue, they disappear. Both components are equally valuable. If I call customer service with a product question, no one answers, I will likely find it somewhere else… anyway. Thank you.

Beautiful items, but shocked with the cost of shipping. I'm not ordering that much -- mostly linens (lightweight) and $49 for shipping!!!! Changed my mind. I can find similar items at a store and not have to pay such a high shipping price.

It takes very long to fulfill orders and when I tried to cancel an order that was taking too long to fulfill. My request for refund was not honored. The warehouse supply chain needs some improvement.

Horrible experience all around. Furniture arrived damaged and now I cannot get my refund until I donate it and e mail a receipt of my donation. I will have to hire someone to do this since it’s a large piece of furniture so it’s costing me money in the end. Will never order another item from you again.
