Worst company, terrible customer service. I placed an order 2.5 months ago when the products were available- was told everything was put aside now being told a few of items are sold out. Horrible customer service , stay away !! No respect for customers — they will never get my money again!!

I experienced terrible customer service with this company. I ordered 2 expensive mirrors. One came as the completely wrong item and the other one came rusted on the frame. My designer called customer service for me (because she ordered everything) and they do not answer their phone so we had to wait on their email reply that came a week later. Then they said that they can’t process the return for a minimum of 3 weeks. The boxes they sent the mirrors in smelled awful and like mold and were very gross so we had to find room in our garage for these enormous boxes. They finally sent the return info a month later and made me drive the huge and heavy boxes to UPS rather than offering a pick up. After 2 months, I received the two replacement mirrors which were also both damaged. One is chipped on the frame and the other is rusted out on every corner of the frame. Once we heard from customer service (who again did not answer their phone) they asked us to donate or dispose of the mirrors ourselves. What kind of company asks a customer to do that? I said no and we asked again for the refund but they messaged that it will take another week for their reply. I will NEVER order from this company again! I will also be telling all of my friends (many who love interior design like me) this same information. I love McGee and Co’s Instagram but other than that, this company has a long way to go in terms of customer service and quality control of the items they try to sell.

I have made two large purchases from Mcgee & Co and both experiences with shipping have been awful. I ordered 5 barstools and received a notification they were shipped, however, they never arrived. The tracking information that was sent was invalid. After multiple rounds of communication they stated it was delivered when it was not and I have video footage to support my case. I did receive a full refund, however, it was quite the inconvenience. As I was waiting for my barstools, not yet knowing shipping was a nightmare, I ordered two pendants and shipping continues to get delayed. This demotivates me from eve ordering from McGee and Co again.

I have 3 current orders still waiting to be shipped dating back to October 13th. My daughter was home from college this weekend and wanted to decorate the Christmas tree. We were unable to because all the ornaments I have ordered still have yet to be shipped. It’s extremely discouraging to receive weekly order updates from McGee & Co, that my orders are still “processing.” It’s been weeks. Update - 1 order arrived today and the items are absolutely beautiful. ❤️

I would absolutely give 0 stars if that were an option. Shipping is unreasonably slow, and blaming it on changes in your processing department, etc is unacceptable. Other businesses don’t have a problem shipping a product within a couple of days. Step up McGee! I placed my order of a small décor item on October 22, 2022 and it hasn’t even shipped yet.

Horrible. Do not order from them. Love their style but the customer service is absolutely terrible, their website return doesn't work so you have to contact them by phone and then they don't answer. So you end of playing phone tag with someone in customer support named Ellie for over a week, only to be told you are now outside the return window (by 1 day). LOL. Had the website worked OR I would have gotten someone live on the 20th when I called I would have been in the window. LOL. A joke. And the best part: The 2 pendants purchased, one is missing a key piece and both are scratched. $1,600 down the drain. I actually had to upload my contact phone records to prove my case. Terrible, terrible terrible.

10-15 Business days for Claims department to address the issue of a damaged shelving unit. The large shelving unit was delivered and was poorly packaged resulting in damaged merchandise. Shipper suggested I reject the delivery. I tried to call customer support to ask their advice and only got voicemail. I rejected the shipment. I don't have the shelving unit. Subsequent email conversations from Support indicate it will be 2-3 weeks before the claims department can even review and address my claim. This is an expensive item and clearly I shouldn't have to wait 3 weeks for a refund. Poor customer service. UPDATE...prompt refund was given within 24 hours of me writing this review. I shouldn't have had to escalate to a manager to get the refund.

I placed an order on 10/5/22. I still have not received my order. I do receive automated emails saying to “hang on” however I can never get a hold of a live person. Very frustrating.
