This is not for anyone serious about their health. Irresponsible prescription handling. They don’t ship things in a timely manner at all so if you rely on any of the treatments you have to spend actual weeks trying to sort it out beforehand. They will charge and renew things without informing you and selectively message about this, but then not send the products unless you hound them. It’s unclear how they coordinate the financial side with the pharmacy that ships things and that seems to cause problems. But be informed you’re not going to get any coherent reliable care and it’s going to cost you more money than it should

I was looking, but didn't order and commit. I was reviewing their plans, and almost purchased the test, but decided that I would rather get the testing elsewhere without committing to a monthly medication cost that I wasn't sure I actually needed. They had my card, but no order, and no subscription. This was the mistake. Today, over a month after initially looking at it they charged me 100 dollars for a lab test that I never placed an order for. I do not need a lab test from them, and I do not plan on doing business with them. Inputting a payment method at checkout and never checking out a month ago is NOT authorization to save the payment and then finalize the order a month later with no customer involvement or communication prior to. Edit: It took a few days but they did finally refund the order and chalked it up to a system error. After making it past an automated agent during the holidays the process was MUCH better. Updating this from 1 to 3 because they handled the issue pretty well, but unfortunate that it happened in the first place. Based on this I would consider them if I actually needed their services.

Everything seemed fine initially. Quickly received my bloodwork test and results. Had an advisor reach out and go over expectations with me, and the doctor as well. First med shipment was delayed for both testosterone and sermorelin, but I received them. Now, my second shipment of both TRT and Sermorelin should have arrived, and NOTHING. On top of that, ZERO response from support. DO NOT TRUST THIS PROVIDER. They are clearly not equipped to do business on the scale that they are. Money appears to be going to marketing at the expense of actual service Update on January 4th: I still do not have my TRT and I don't know when I will get it. They finally got me the sermorelin two weeks late. Now, to add insult to injury, they just tried to draft my account again when I haven't even received last month's meds and haven't given me any indication of when they will ship. Management did reach out and claim that they were compensating me for a month on both protocols for the delays and inconvenience, so the fact that they're trying to charge me again is honestly the last straw. Steer clear of this company. Customers service takes days to respond and has no answers. They do not have their business together and I am beyond disappointed.

Love these guys. They are on top of their game. Fast service and easy to deal with. Quick response time when it comes to labs. I'm extremely satisfied with their products and services.
