I've been away for a year but I'm returning. Can there be any better recommendation? :) My experience was always good - except for the annoying customer service chatbot - hope that's gone away!

Nov 14th, I spoke with my clinician and we switched my medication 2 weeks before the ship date of my next order. Nov. 28th, they shipped the old medication anyway. I spoke with my clinician again and told him I wanted the correct medication and he told me he would put the order in immediately. Dec 3rd, 3 business days later, the support team told me that orders typically ship within 5 business days. Dec 9th, 7 business days after it was sent to the pharmacy, I was told that they would let me know when it had shipped. Dec 10th I asked for an update and got no response. Dec 11th I was told again that they would update me when it had shipped. Dec 15th I asked for an update and was told someone else would be in contact with me. That never happened. Finally, Dec 19th I got an EMAIL (still no response from support team) saying it had shipped. Dec 23rd I got notice that it had been delivered. I couldn't find it anywhere so I checked the shipping information and they shipped it to an OLD ADDRESS that I had updated a month prior when I moved. This company is a joke. And the worst part is, you're committed for a year. **Update** A manager reached out to me. They wanted to make things right and I think they have succeeded. He had my shipments expedited and assured me that he would be watching to make sure nothing goes wrong again. They have changed pharmacies and I am hopeful that will be the end of the issues with Maximus.

Easy to work with and reasonably priced

Updated review: There was a pharmacy switch due to the pharmacy no longer filling in Texas. While frustrating due to the delay, Mickler with Maximus did everything he could to speed it along. It was overnighted to me and I was back on track. I am told this will not happen again, and for now, I am taking them at their word. I appreciate the response from Mickler and that he stayed on top of it until I received the medication. First off, I NEVER write reviews but this is worthy of it in my book. I am in my second month of testosterone treatment with Maximus Tribe and I am having significant issues already. My refill is now well over two weeks delayed with no answer as to why. I have paid them a hefty sum of money through multiple blood tests and two months of treatment, only to not be sent my medication. I am now having all of the side effects of abruptly stopping testosterone. There is no live person to speak with, all electronic messages. They continue to tell me it’s being expedited and monitored but no progress is being made. I would be very careful in signing up with this company if you are new to testosterone treatment like I am. I hope they rectify this immediately and give me a legitimate explanation of what happened, because I am frustrated.

Excellent service

These guys are terrible, I don’t often write reviews but I’ve been charged for several months in a row and received no prescription. When I finally get in contact with someone to help me, they say it will take a couple days to refund me and this happens over and over, it’s been 2 months since I first talked to them about it and I still have not been refunded my money. Try another health group if you don’t want to get scammed out of hundreds of dollars

Excellent and attentive staff/care! Couldn’t be happier with my TRT protocol. Feel like a new man!
