Terrible... I put in an order for an in home lab test which was expected to arrive in 4 days. I waited about a week and no arrival. There was absolutely no way of tracking order because nothing was in my order history and no tracking information was sent out .I contacted customer support and they told me they needed my phone number to complete my order that my order was pending.. I was very mad because I was charged, no email was sent to me about this nor did I have a way of tracking it. Customer service told me that they updated my info that the kit will be sent out. I asked for evidence of my order, such as a tracking number of shipment or an update on my order history. Customer service ignored my email and I still had no way of tracking my order. I found this very suspicious and filed a dispute through my credit card company. I currently deleted my account and hope there are no further charges ,because they'll be another dispute,

Terrible, terrible. At first, what I thought was going to be a great experience, turned out horrible. I went through the process and got a video consultation date and time right away. Log on a couple of minutes before and nobody showed up. I waited 15 minutes before leaving. I call the customer support number and got a representative right away. She apologized and set me up with a new appointment and a new doctor the next day. Guess what, a no show again!! Called again and asked for a supervisor. They said one would call me..guess what, never did!! I had to call back to get one. Supervisor assured me that it will never happen again. I was done at that point and just got my money back. This company is a SCAM. they had $800 of my money and I couldn’t even get someone on the video consultation. Do not use them

Total rip! I ordered, got my blood test kit. The kit had two test tubes, so I was confused and tried to get assistance but could only get responses from a AI bot that wasn’t able to answer my questions. Meanwhile I’m still getting charges, and by the way, the charges are $134 not $99. I finally got a hold of someone via email and they would ask a question, I would respond and they would respond with another question. This would drag on to where I would still be getting charges. I can’t tell how many times I tried canceling after I figured out that they play games and how I kept getting charges for $134 and not receiving anything by the way. If you want to throw your money away I say go for it and use this company, good luck. By the way this got so bad I had contact my bank and had lock these people out.

Scam. 2x now I have tried to order meds through maximus and 2x I have been disappointed. They are unreliable, there is NO human that I have been able to talk to yet for customer support and they actually charged my card $568 for 2 months of meds they refused to approve and deliver. I went to Direct MEds and got it within a few days. don't walk but RUN from these guys there are too many other reputable services out there

Repeated prescription failures, contradictory explanations, and billing for medication I’m not receiving My experience with Maximus has been unbelievably frustrating. I pay an additional $200/month for hCG, yet I have repeatedly had to chase Maximus to actually receive the medication I’m paying for. This has now happened more than once. Earlier this year, Maximus initially told me my hCG refill was “too early.” After I challenged them, they reviewed my account again and admitted that my previous month’s hCG shipment had actually been skipped completely. Now the same thing is happening again, except this time I have received multiple contradictory explanations within a matter of days. First, Maximus told me my hCG had not shipped because there was a problem with my prescription and that my doctor needed to issue a corrected prescription. The next day, they told me the corrected prescription had been successfully created, was being processed by the pharmacy, and that they were asking the pharmacy to expedite it. A few days later, another representative suddenly told me the pharmacy needed photographs of the package I had received before they could resolve the issue. When I questioned why photographs would be necessary when the issue was supposedly an incorrect prescription, they went back to the pharmacy and admitted that photos were not required after all. Then the explanation changed again. Maximus now claims that the hCG I received in June was actually a 60-day supply and that they therefore cannot send another refill until August 18 because of alleged “FDA regulatory limits.” They subsequently told me the restriction exists because hCG is a “controlled substance.” The problem is that I was never told I had received a 60-day supply, I saw no obvious change in the vial or prescription corresponding with twice the normal supply, and Maximus continues charging me the additional $200 every month. I asked two extremely simple questions: 1. If I supposedly received 60 days of hCG, why am I being charged $200 every month? 2. If the June shipment was suddenly a 60-day supply, where is that reflected in the prescription, quantity dispensed, vial size, concentration, dosing instructions, or pharmacy record? Instead of answering those questions, I received another generic explanation. At this point I have requested the actual pharmacy dispensing record, the prescription showing a documented 60-day supply, the billing history showing what I paid versus what was dispensed, and the specific law or regulation they are relying on when they claim they legally cannot refill the medication before August 18. If Maximus can produce those records, great. If they cannot, then their latest explanation raises even more questions. The physicians and medication may be perfectly good, but none of that matters if the company cannot reliably coordinate prescriptions, billing, and pharmacy fulfillment. A patient should not have to investigate his own account, identify contradictions between customer-service representatives, and repeatedly fight to receive medication he is already paying for. This is especially disappointing because I previously gave Maximus another chance after earlier fulfillment problems. I would strongly advise anyone considering Maximus to pay very close attention to what you are billed, what quantity you actually receive, your refill dates, and what the pharmacy label says. Save your emails and documentation. I will update this review if Maximus provides the requested pharmacy and billing records and resolves the issue appropriately. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I am subscribed their 10-Week Tirzepatide Microdose Plan. Before this most recent shipment, they auto-billed my card on 7/14. About a week later I get my refill questionnaire. Today I receive my medication and the via is only 1/3 full and the outer label says '28 days'. When I inquired, the doctor said "Maximus has moved away from the bulk dosing, so this is monthly dosing, 28 days, so it will be less medication." So they charged my card for $250 for a 10-Week plan...then sent me a month's supply and said that's just how they're doing it now. There was one message in my inbox about the pricing switch...but it was sent 7/22. So that means they billed me $250 for a 10 WEEK supply on 7/14, then sent a message in my portal 7/22 that they were changing it to $250 for a MONTH supply. AFTER they billed me and with no option to opt in / opt out of the new terms. This is some FTC violation level tomfoolery. What is especially rich is that they say they're going to charge $250 per month regardless of dose - so customers like me subscribing to the MICRODOSE get scammed, basically.
