MICHAEL
I have been a Maximus customer for 18 months. I have used 3 separate protocols, and each was excellent. In that time, communication has been excellent, and there has been no pressure selling or jumping through hoops when I ended a protocol (because it worked!). I feel like a partner with this company, not just a number. VERY rare these days. Appreciate you Maximus!

The doctors and nurses that I have worked with are very good and listen to your needs. They are timely and caring.

I ordered and got my blood draw in September 2026. The reason for the three stars is because their system allowed me to schedule my blood draw for the same day I ordered, which meant I didn't fast and didn't prepare in the other ways I needed to. I received an email the day after I had my draw telling me all the ways to prepare. This meant several lab values were skewed. I alerted Maximus and they apologized and offered a $100 coupons toward my next draw. When I attempted to use the coupon to get a more accurate draw, the coupons was not valid. Another point, I received 138 biomarkers instead of 145. Customer service acknowledged this and said it was being looked into. It has never been updated. The customer service people I dealt with were always very nice but also unable to resolve my issues. I cancelled because my wife used function and had a much better experience.
