No Customer Service AT ALL! i tried contacting them when i cancel my order and they still delivered it ,i had a cancel confirmation number, i returned the mattress myself and havent got my refund yet, i call them again they said it was a mistake from the system and that in 24-48 my refund will appear on my bank account, still waiting!!!

How do I give negative stars I’m still fighting mattress firm for $1180.33 they stole from me , and every time I speak to someone they lie and give another story if falsehoods ….. BOA deny ever talking to them yet they say they did . I’ve sent two updated statements which shows the screwups they did …. I need help

DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! I spent $2300+ on a queen adjustable bed to accommodate my family member needing this bed after a more than month long hospital stay. Explained that I needed a specific time delivery cause they were arriving from hospital. Prior to sale guaranteed a perfect white glove delivery. delivery showed up said they could deliver on our street….had delivered a mattress at same address two years earlier….I begged the dispatcher not to leave…..explained the situation….he said he’d figure it out. Got home from hospital and my friend meeting delivery said they never came. Called my sales person and while he was nice…his manager would not get on phone, I had no alternative but to rent a truck, pick it up, hire someone to put together and will now have to dispose of old mattress all while caring for a loved one in hospital. These people are beyond horrible and unhelpful and uncaring. PLEASE DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I specifically chose Mattress Firm because they advertised (even in their YouTube video that is sent to me after I placed my order) that delivery service included haul away. As I was checking out, there was no mention of an extra charge until after my order was complete. It's not until I'm tracking my order that I find out that my delivery says "contact-less" and my mattress would be left outside my door. When I contact customer service, I got an email that I would have to sign up for their gold membership. I wish I would have known that during check out. It's DECEPTIVE. I refuse to spend another dime. I'll spend the money on local options.

we purchased a queen size rise bed base and paid an additional fee for moving an item upstairs. When delivery people came, they first said they forgot to bring shoe covers, we asked them to get one, then they said that they have a policy to NOT WEAR shoe covers when moving items. we end up moving items by ourselves. Very poor delivery quality also the training for service.

I walked into this store asking if they had any organic mattresses. I was greeted by a lady who was nice and friendly...she took me directly, immediately and without any hesitation, to the mattress, which was top of the line and said, "this is the only mattress in our store which is organic. It's also the top-of-the-line mattress for (this brand). " I was very excited as it was a popular name brand known for quality and comfort and it was also their "softest" mattress, which also clicked the boxes for me. I was on the edge of actually spending several thousand dollars for this mattress. But. While looking at it, and some others too, I asked what type of organic certification it had. She read to me that it had "Joma wool" in it. Well, um. So? That's great, Joma wool is fabulous. I asked if this was what they used to get around the chemical fire retardant and she said, "They all have fire retardant in them. It's the law." I explained that if the mattress was organic that it would have some type of fire retardant other than chemicals, such as wool, or .....? you tell me. Her reply was, "oh, I don't know, they don't say anything about that stuff." Oh really? Well, how do we know it is organic? Come to find out, later on that same day, - that particular Mattress Firm store doesn't even sell an organic mattress. How hard would it have been just to tell me that? Or at least, "I'm not sure, maybe I can find that information for you?"

My experience with mattress firm wasn’t too bad UNTIL they sold the wet dream of progressive leasing.. inaccurately might I add. Your down initial payment doesn’t even go towards the mattress like they claim it too. My delivery was great and spot on. Only one guy helped to bring it in so he’s the one that got tipped only as the other watched and told him what to do… what type of nonsense was that. If you go to them, buy straight in full . DO NOT USE PROGRESSIVE LEASING!!!! There review will be below : Don’t do it. Waste of your time and money. Just wait until you can pay for whatever in full. They tax the H*LL out of you and it doesn’t apply to your balance either . Just DONT use them. Simple as that. It’ll save you weeks long of unnecessary headache and frustration. I just finished paying the balance off this morning because I’m sick on them. Will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN! You make a payment today, it won’t be taken out for 3-4 days after as well.

Only bought from Mattress Firm, one time. I needed a 6" thick, folding Millard mattress but was shocked by the prices on Amazon. Prices almost tripled in 2 years since, I last purchased one from Amazon. Kept checking MattressFirm everyday until I saw the Millard mattress as a 'daily deal'. Also found a 10% off coupon code & bought it for a fraction of the cost of Amazon prices. It arrived in 3 days despite our remote location. Arrived in perfect condition. I'd never buy a mattress online that I'd never seen/used before but knew this particular folding mattress was a good one.
