I am rating this store a LOW as possible. After placing an order over a week ago and paying $200 for a specific 2 hour delivery window, got a call 10 minutes before the delivery window saying there wasn't going to be a delivery. Part of the order is not in stock and instead of asking if a partial delivery is acceptable, the warehouse decided to do no delivery.

Don't buy anything from Mattress Firm. The first mattress I bought ($2076 w/tax) ..and this is only the top mattress, not the base) sagged from the moment I slept on it at home. I bought a firm and it was soft. So I returned it, with much resistance, and got a replacement, After 4 months it is now sagging and I have to go through the hassle of negotiating a refund (the warrantee is 5 yrs.) Researching this company leads me to believe it is a money laundering scam. Buyer beware

I purchased a King size BeautyRest mattress on September 21, 2021. I paid $620.59 for this mattress. The customer service rep stated that if I don't like the mattress I can either return it or exchange it for another mattress. I was never told if I return or exchange the mattress I would be charged a $99 and 20% stocking fee. The reason for the dispute is that Mattress Firm has sold me a defective mattress. This mattress is hard, already sagging from day one, lumpy and getting bitten by something from this mattress and it stinks like it has been used. Very uncomfortable to even sit on the side of the bed to drink a glass of water. I have really bad osteoarthritis in my joints and have not had a restful sleep since I laid on this mattress. This mattress is so uncomfortable. I have never slept on a mattress like this before ever in my life. They want you to pay $99 to pick up a mattress and a 20% restock fee. I am asking for a full refund back because I did not cause this mattress problem. I went into the store and tried to find another mattress. The sales lady still tried to charge me $99 to deliver the mattress. So I realized I was getting played. They do not care anything about their customers.

My back hurts so much ever since I got this mattress from mattress firm! I can feel the springs all in my back! Every night I really thought they had good mattresses but I probably would never buy anything from them again so disappointed and dissatisfied! Please read this review

First of all I wish I had read more reviews before I bought anything from Mattress Firm in San Antonio TX. I was treated really well by the sales man Christopher, he took me through the whole buying process 28 Aug 2021, but not once did he ever mention that there was no returns on the base, and didn't say anything about the limited time for the mattress. My delivery was not on time and I was promised by Christopher that he would refund the $149. delivery charge. Well its Oct and I still haven't received it. I've called for him several time and never received a call back I only went back to the store once and he was off. The Tempur-Luxebreeze Mattress doesn't really keep you cool, the delivery and set up of the base was a nightmare for me, because the delivery men never asked how or if I wanted the base high or low. So after I realized that the bed was to high, I was told by Christopher that it would take a couple of days to have someone come out and lower the bed. I was so frustrated that I lowered the bed on my own that day. Believe me never again (64 yrs old). I hope this review helps others looking to get a cool night's rest take all the reviews into consideration before investing a lot of money.

My frustration is Ms. Dee said she would call me back when she contacted the delivery company to set up the headboard. She did not call me back. She would not speak with the delivery crew, you have to. That’s what YOU have to do. Not the business that hired them. She also didn’t return my call, when I left a message 1:10 pm. It wasn’t until 4:02 I called her again and she was pleasant, but not resolving my current problem. I asked her why she didn’t call me, and she said she was busy. What manager of a business doesn’t check her voice mail and call be customer’s that have given her $3500 worth of business? BB 1339 complaints in 30yrs. 1.1 stars in 12-months. Warranty: it will cost 30% of the purchase cost to return the mattress you bought. Read the fine print. Contact John Eck at Headquarters Houston. 10201 S. Main St. 77025. Customer service on-,line will not help you. Only if you buy on line. You have to contact the local business you’re having problems with. If they don’t return your calls or pick up the phone, the you have to drive down to talk with them.

We recently purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm in Mission, Texas from Joel. Such a pleasant experience, Joel was dressed very professional, he proved to be very knowledgeable on his mattresses and helped us pick the mattress that would fit our needs perfectly, without giving us any high pressure to buy. Joel is definitely an asset to the store, without his pleasantness and excellent knowledge we probably have taken our business elsewhere

I am not used to doing a review, but I no longer know who to contact, and they have left me no other option. So I do it for us, the clients, who are always the losers. About eight months ago, I bought an adjustable base, and a plastic part broke in September; I called them and told me that it took 15 days for the region to arrive to send me the technicians. I'm still waiting, I've already called them many times, and everything they tell me is a lie, I went to the physical store, and they said to me that I was calling every day as if I didn't have to do anything else. I wonder what kind of service I am paying for?. The adjustable base has a two-year warranty with a mattress, and I spent a ten-year extended warranty. Friends, everything is an authorized robbery because nobody faces you and everyone tells you a lie.
