I ordered a mattress and box spring that was supposed to be delivered Feb 27, 2022. The initial time after the order was placed was between 8AM-8PM. The day before it was supposed to come, the time changed between 5:45PM to 7:45PM. No problem! That time passed and when I went to track my order, the estimated delivery time was between 9:10PM and 9:40PM and that they were on the way. I tried to get in touch with someone, but there was no contact #. Midnight came...still no mattress. We waited around the entire day, canceled plans, got the room ready nothing. They never came, and never called. I woke up this morning expecting a call or any updated information....nothing. I had to call them. And on top of that, the only way you can get in contact with someone was through "chat"! I have never seen such poor customer service in my life! The only time you can talk with someone is when you're BUYING the product! I canceled my order, no I have to start the process all over (with a more professional company of course)! I'm disgusted by this company. Their loss though, I need another mattress for another room! Do NOT shop here. Trust me, you can do better somewhere else!

I recently purchased a Queen Serta mattress and box springs. Caleb waited on me. This is the store on Tyndal Parkway. Not only was Caleb intelligent and personable but knew what he was talking about. He walked me through the details of various mattresses. I explained what I needed and he took me to the right mattress. I can't thank Caleb enough for his patience and answering all my questions. If anyone is in need of a new mattress I highly recommend they contact Mattress Firm and deal directly with Caleb. He knows mattresses inside out. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I was dealing with guy name Tony at mattress firm store on north Dale Mabry highway In Tampa ,Florida.He told me that he moved from North Carolina and it was his first day in Tampa.He gave me sale price for Beytycrest mattress smart pressure point with 5 inch box spring for $1377.When I went back next day to bye ,he would not honour the price.He was lying all along and wanted me to pay me more.I suggest that not to deal with this company.They lie all the time.My worst experience to bye mattress with this company and sales agents

I recently purchased a mattress. But by mistake I ordered Cal king instead of a king. Upon contacting several agents, local stores, warehouse and who not, I was told nothing can be done except paying 100 bucks for someone to carry it back plus 10% restocking fee. So I will end up paying around 250ish whick is almost half the price of the mattress. So basically whatever I saved by buying, will go in exchanging the mattress. No one even suggested even once any otehr solution. The local store guys just stopped answering our call all together. If this is the customer service I am going to receive, then I might as well throw my money somewhere else where it has some value. Now just stuck with wrong nattress because of personal mistake and pathetic customer service. I will never buy again from here.

the worst purchase experience of my life. they sold me cheap and inferior bed frames Mattress Firm only cares about how much money they make off the sale . The consumer be dammed, profit is the only thing they are after.

My aunts bank card was charged twice. She was told the payment didn’t process after each transaction. The store representative sent her to the bank to withdraw the funds from her account since they were unable to process either payment. After she arrived at the bank, she was told by the teller that her payment was processed. When she went back to Mattress firm. She explained what the teller said, and was asked to call back on Tuesday, according to the representative they were still waiting for the payment to be confirmed in their system. The bed was supposed to be delivered Saturday. The bed was never delivered. The payment was not received by mattress firm. But the bank confirmed that the payment was received After the store asked her to call back Monday. She decided to cancel the order. This was an unfortunate experience! She is waiting on a $1300.00 refund Mattress Firm Parma

Well sticking true to firm still no refund from mattress firm . So it’s of to court we go …. Joe Friel and John Eck hope you are reading these . I want my $1180.33 back please

Service I received was excellent! The sales rep, Tony was informative, thorough, patient with the many changes in mind of my order I had and even broke down pricing of various options for me so it helped me make my decision. He wasn’t pushy at all, he didn’t need to be with his vast knowledge of the mattresses on the floor spoke enough to make the sale if that makes any sense. I enjoy my reclining bed with the massage, but my mattress is so so. I only gave a 4 because of the mattress, otherwise I would have given a 5 given my good service experience. I can’t say enough positive things about Tony. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt he really deserved one. Thanks Tony! I love my reclining bed! Mattress firm offers a really good mattress guarantee if you don’t like your mattress you can get a different one as long as yours isn’t wrecked when they pick it up. I’m going to swap my mattress with their fantastic plan- obviously you have to pay the difference. I think that’s a great guarantee because just laying on a store mattress for a minute can be tough sometimes until you really try sleeping on it. Overall though, my service was great in your store! ☺️ Thanks Tony!
