I paid $499.00 for my mattress, used it for 5 days, and returned it in pristine condition. I received)$173.00 in return. I cannot recommend a company that penalizes a customer for returning a product.

I went to the mattress firm store near the Louise Joliet mall. The sales clerk immediately approached me and asked me if I wanted to try their sleep test program. I said yes and she put me on it and it printed out a report. All six beds on the list were over $3000. I guess my body needed a super expensive mattress otherwise I wouldn’t be able to sleep lol. The prices are hidden until you ask about them after you lay on the mattresses. Yes they were nice but I don’t wanna spend 3 to 5000 on a mattress. Just be warned they will tell you the only ones good for you are very expensive.

It was Labor Day. I was at the local MF store selecting a mattress so I expected there to be more customers than usual that day. What I didn’t expect was to have to have a sales person divide their time between me and several other customers and then with a different sales person also which caused me to be at the store 3 times longer than I should have been. The sales people were helpful and knew their product, but only 2 sales people. Advertisements were aimed to make the public think there was a large savings to be had including military and first responder discounts There was also a long list of mattresses that did not qualify for a discount. It appeared to me the local store had only the mattresses brands on the floor that did not qualify for discounts. I selected a mattress I wanted to try out in the store did they did not have it in stock. When you find a mattress online, a 15% discount pops up, but then it says if it qualifies. My coupon code was not accepted. I think the sales person said she would give a friends and family discount which equaled to about $50 subtracted from the delivery and set up fee. Not saying the local store cheated me or the store didn’t have the right to exclude certain brands, but I am saying the discounts that attract buyers are very misleading and I doubt from my shopping and buying experience that I will ever shop for another mattress at Mattress Firm.

I have purchased probably my 5th or 6th bed from these guys. The delivery has gotten horrible. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the bed (which I knew) but as of 48 prior they still can not narrow a time down to even morning or afternoon. That is insane. Like they don't think anyone works? Then the lady on the phone says maybe we can reschedule? The most unhelpful comment. This will be my last bed from them based 100% on the delivery issues.

Don't buy a Sealy Frisco Queen if you expect it to be "FIRM" as advertised. I've had mine for about 2 weeks and it is NOT firm. In fact, it sags as much as much as the 30 year old one it replaced. Too much trouble to attempt to exchange.Also,for 99 bucks, I expected the delivery to be adequately communicated. The only "live" communication was, "We'll be there in 10 minutes."

I think the company has lousy mattresses. The edges break down and also the firmness gets real soft after a few years. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

That led me to the manufacturer’s website, where I discovered there were multiple foundation models—and realized mine wasn’t compatible with the app. I also noticed promotional discounts I hadn’t received. I returned to the store for help and was told the app only works with a more expensive foundation—something I was never informed about. I asked about upgrading under their advertised 120-night sleep trial and was told I could, but only if I paid the price difference plus a $250 restocking fee. That felt misleading. As for the discounts, Christopher said he had “upgraded” me to a foundation with massage features. But what if I didn’t want that? Or preferred a different upgrade? That choice was made for me without a clear explanation. Bottom line: ask pointed questions and do your own research before buying. Understand exactly what features your bed and foundation offer, and don’t assume the advertised trial or discounts will apply without conditions.

I purchased a mattress and adjustable frame from the mattress firm in Kannapolis, North Carolina. I was told that they had a clearance adjustable base that I could purchase for half the price. I was also told there wasn’t anything wrong with it. When it came to my house. It had tears and rips in the cover. When I asked about this and called the sales person I dealt with he acted like he didn’t know anything about it, but also said there’s really nothing he can do. I told him if I would’ve known there was an issue with it. I wouldn’t have bought it. Again, he basically said there’s nothing he could do. I would like to have a new cover for the adjustable frame or a new frame.
