Very friendly and helpful staff! He was absolutely the best! He was very thoughtful, polite, and courteous too. He explained to us all about the differences in the mattresses, and guided us through the purchase that was right for us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an awesome experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Jimmy and Jeremy! These two really went above and beyond and somehow managed to make buying a mattress a genuinely fun experience. Both are super down-to-earth, relatable guys with great personalities. They’re definitely a couple of characters who had me laughing and smiling the whole time. They made the entire process easy, never made me feel pressured, and even helped me save a few bucks along the way. It honestly felt more like hanging out with a couple of buddies than shopping for a mattress. Really appreciate you guys! If you’re looking for a new mattress, definitely go see Jimmy and Jeremy. Great guys who know how to take care of their customers!
