We were told that when we went to pick ip the mattress from the warehouse they would be ready. Went to the door gave them the paper work, told us to back end to #7. Thirty minutes later they still had not brought out the mattresses. Went back up to door to ask how much longer and they could not tell us how much longer. Soon after they come out to bring the mattresses

I purchased a new bed and new pillows during a show special at the State Fair in Kentucky. We LOVE the bed, but the pillows that the rep ordered and sent are not the pillows we tried at the Fair. These weigh over 10lbs each, are super firm and just not what we can use. They cost $269 according to the invoice. I went to a local store, asked about an exchange and was told no "because we can't clean those and resell them.". Well okay. But we selected a much softer pillow on the purchase. This was a $7,000 expense and while I love the bed, I hate that I will be out for the pillows and have to go purchase something else.

When we went into the Rocky Point store to shop, all went very well. Barbara did an excellent job helping me. A delivery date was arranged. Two men came in saying they had the frame but NO mattress. What?!?! Why? Nobody contacted them to pick up and deliver a mattress. Called the store and found the mattress and frame were coming from 2 different places. Delivery set up again the following week. Three men come in. Two set up the new frame and the third stated there was NO mattress on the truck for me. Roy, Bernard and Antonio couldn’t have been nicer. Bernard called the store and was told they had the mattress and were trying to set up a delivery. For two weeks?!?! These three men took time from their day, their planned route, to actually go directly to the store and pick up and come back with my mattress! I applaud the delivery guys - Roy, Bernard and Antonio - but not the store.

I. Had a recently bought a memory foam mattress in a box from the lake Geneva wi location . I had exchanged it. when I had the mattress scheduled for delivery I could not be there due to.being out of town I had my mom receive the mattress for me. When it came. L However the driver had scratched my side wall. At least 23 times Going upstairs. I was away due to a family member on her death bed. My mother is 80 years old and can not walk up stairs well. She had asked the delivery man Roosevelt if there were any problems he stated none. Any scratches or or marks. we’re also asked he said no my mother signed the paper work I come home. late I go to bed from a long 8 hour drive when I wake up I see 23 scratches. On my wall. I called to complain and talked to Matt and was tasked a few questions like did the drive say anything were photos take. At this time I said no there were not because my mother can not walk up the stairs the sale associate I talked to saiid he would call right back he has 2 custermers which was at 10:30 am however the sales men never did Now I’m left with tons of giant marks on my wAll I do have photos p which were taken early morning. I do have photos When I bought the mattress. The sale Associate. Peter. very helpful I went back and talked to him and he was nice and. Had sent a email to the warehouse I’m still waiting for there email

Horrible customer service but the mattress looks good so far .
