Hi Yasmin, Good morning! Thank you for choosing Trustpilot to leave your feedback. I am sorry about this inconvenience. If I remember correctly, when we spoke on the phone and emails, your chair color is out of stock. In our last email, we explained that your chair will be in stock in April and if you were okay waiting, to which you agreed. Again, the manufacturer is on backorder on the color of your choice. Any other dealer will be having the same issue with that color. When we spoke, you agreed to wait until it came into their warehouse. Feel free to email us directly if you have any questions or concerns. After all, we want your satisfaction. The Massage Chair Heaven Team
