Yunior I would like to thank you for all the time you spent with me, teaching me , guiding me, your professionalism, and the great deal you offered to me on my recent purchase. After 2 back surgeries over the years followed by a recent recurrence, and warnings from my neurosurgeon that any future surgery would be extremely complicated with a lot of hardware placed into my back, I vowed to do everything possible never to have any additional surgery. Working with a physical therapist I also began looking into massage chairs. It is overwhelming to check out the number of chairs on the market , the options, the older models that are being pedaled, the lack of honest answers provided by reputable dealers, and the significant different in prices. All confusion disappeared when I luckily spoke with Junior of Massage Chair Heaven. He patiently answered all my questions, explained the options, the quality of products from various companies, and at a cost that beat everyone else’s quotes on a top of the line company and model. I feel very fortunate to have found such an honest and knowledgeable person. My chair was delivered today, meticulously assembled , and works and looks terrific. I appreciate all Junior has done for me and my back thanks him too. I will always remember his assistance in understanding and choosing the perfect unit for my needs. Massage chair heaven was great to deal with. They were very helpful and ship promptly. However the white glove shippers on the other hand did not seem to have a clue what was going on including calling me six times in one day and yet stating they did not call me. We had an appointment that they never showed up for. The chair is great however I am still trying to figure out how to use it because the instructions Are not great

The chair is great, but I've never been able to figure out how to get the remote to work properly - the settings seem to be messed up. My advice, if you buy any massage chair, is to spend the money to have a professional set up your chair and show you how to use the remote. My husband only used the chair once (for a minute) because we couldn't get the intensity down on the rollers and he couldn't stand that - like an alien was coming through his back and trying to get out his chest. I like the intensity of the rollers and so I use the chair all the time, but it would be nice if I could get it down so my husband would use the chair too.

Depending on which program and part you want to use, there are various options. Sometimes, intensity button doesn't work because a certain mode is set with a certain intensity level. But usually Manual mode, you can adjust as below. 4D Roller instensity adjustment 1. Click on Manual button on the Remote controller 2. Push down arrow until it shows 4D 3. Click on OK button [the button is located on the remote controller Circular button area with arrows) until it becomes 4D - 1 level (number 1, 2, 3, 4 will show in smaller letter) Air Intensity Adjustment 1. Click on Adjust Button on the remote controller 2. Click on right direction arrow button on the remote controller until you see "Adjustment" on the remote controller screen tap 3. Use Arrow button to select air part that you want to reduce intensity 3.
