Junior was fantastic. Knew everything about all the chairs he had and even the ones they don't carry. He was very patient and ultimately we bought the chair with all the specs we wanted and it is fantastic

Yunior and his wife were wonderful to work with. They were very prompt in returning calls about questions or concerns. I would give them 20 stars if I could.

Bought a refurbished M888 and after a week of use a couple of air hoses came off, called customer service and they were very helpful but due to covid and limited work force it took a while for repairs. I enjoy my chair and happy of purchase. Seems to be well constructed and is nice looking that can be close to a wall and fully operational.

Best online buying experience for a high priced item I’ve ever had. Seriously, from ordering to reception, it was a breeze. I chatted with “Sophie” online and she beat a deal I had lined up from another company on the spot. I ordered my chair and received it in 2 weeks via white glove service. All good.
