I love the zero gravity aspect of the chair, my only preference would be that the chair had more padding.

I handled the whole transaction online. Sophie was great and spent the time to answer all my questions. I paid for the white glove service which for me was well worth!. I could not be more happy not only with the transaction experience but also with the chair. The whole experience was 5 star. Thanks Massage Chair Heaven!
