After we hung up, he contacted his personal Fujiiryoki representative on my behalf — entirely unprompted. He texted me with clarifying questions, then called me back with what he had learned. None of this was asked for. He subsequently offered to sell me the chair at a competitive price, confirmed it was in stock, and committed to delivery within ten days. He kept every commitment. This is only the second time in my life I have felt strongly enough about a transaction to leave a public review. Mr. Hernandez is the owner, not a commissioned salesperson, and it shows. His direct manufacturer relationships and personal investment in his customers' outcomes are rare in any industry. I recommend him without reservation.
