Had a minor issue with a missing strap in the package. Sent them an email and got a response within hours. They shipped out a replacement immediately, no questions asked. The product (OrthoBack) itself is good, but I was most impressed by how easy it was to deal with their team. That kind of support really builds trust.

First of all, I only ordered the flexi knee pain patch. 3 other items was added that I did not order it was added to my account and charged. Thank goodness I went through PayPal and has been able to dispute through my bank and block any transactions from your company. I don't trust ordering anything else 😒

Bogus not made in America. Shipped from China. If you call for support it goes to India. Second call I made also was overseas.

Really bad customer service. Requested them to cancel VIP membership as I didn't want it and don't know how I got it in April. Was assured it was cancelled, however, they are still taking $31.67 out of my PayPal account every month. The link to cancel doesn't work.
