I trusted Marc's Mobility with both informational instructions on a DIY repair, and the parts. Not only did everything happen exactly as promised, the woman I was trying to help, a woman undergoing cancer therapy with no ability to walk, now has MOBILITY. I watched a mature woman cry from happiness. All I can say is this... If you don't trust Marc from Marc's Mobility, you are making a huge mistake. Thank you Marc, for all your help!

not sure why i'm making an opinion, i've had this a while; and it works great, except for the heavy batteries, of which i decided that they will stay in the car, and i'll run an extension when i have to charge them next time. and, i adjusted the unit to accomodate 3 people in my vehicle. it takes a little doing.

I did not buy from Marc’s but they were very helpful in getting me to the right place with a wealth of knowledge

Overall, the service from Marc's Mobility was exceptional. All tasks were completed with the utmost courtesy. I will, most likely do business there, if needed, in the future. Only two problems. (1) One of the new batteries was defective. The defective one was, after I had it load tested to find the problem, was promptly replaced. (2) The batteries were not the Interstate batteries I had ordered. For now, the batteries are operating perfectly. Great business that gives, prompt and honest personal service.
