Great service and very helpful explanation about the products

Great service!

Since we have been dealing with Marc's Mobility, ever transaction has been professional and efficient. He and his staff have been everything we would expect from a service originator.

I looked locally (Tucson), and Amazon, but what sold me was Marc’s videos on you tube. Once I figured out the models I wanted I called ( several times) with my questions which were all answered. Picked the unit I wanted and all was done. Marc’s mobility is very easy to work with, prompt delivery.

My wife really like her new scooter it get around real easy. I like it cause it breaks down so eat

I ordered a whill power chair from marcsmobility.com and my experience with their company was awesome. Great communication and everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. I watched all the YouTube videos on the whill power Chair even the unboxing so I felt knowledgeable when the chair arrived. Marcsmobility.com will be my go to for my mobility needs. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I started out talking with Jill about a particular wheelchair for sale that I saw online (according to Marc in his video "one of if not the nicest chair he's had ). She was very helpful. She measured the seat back, cushion and was even going to add a drink holder for n/c. After verifying that the chair would work for me I called back the next day and payed in full. I was emailed a receipt. The next day I was looking over the receipt and I noticed the description was for a different chair they had listed on website. I called Jill about the description and she said she would look into and call me back. Shortly I received a call back from Alex(co owner) and he explained to me that another customer that had done business with them before wanted the chair I paid for and that the chair he was sending me was comparable. (only similarity was make and model) Needless to say I wasnt happy about this and felt like a "fast one" was trying to be pulled on me. Make sure your getting the one you paid for!

I was very happy with the product he was selling he answered all of my questions about the product he also informed me that there was a back order or delay in shipment which is understandable I would hope that he would keep me up-to-date of any information about when it might come in. He was very courteous and answered all my questions yes I would recommend Marks mobility.
