I purchased my Go Go Endurance AL from Marc's mobility and was told that I could sign for the scooter when it arrived. The delivery came and left without letting anyone here know. When we found the scooter outside it looked like it fell off the truck. After sending them photos they said to open it and put it together and see if everything was okay. There has been some minor issues but the biggest problem is the fuel gauge now working to the point i wasn't sure how far I can go when the gauge says full and 1/2 mile later it's in the red. I also had a accident with the scooter flipping backwards because they never put anti-tip wheels on this one. Since I reported the accident they now have anti-tip wheels. Every time I've called them they would sent someone out to fix it and would never follow up with me. Pride is suppose to fix the problem. So far they replaced the front panel the motor with no solution to the gauge problem. The last time I contacted Marc's mobility i asked for a replacement scooter with the Anti-tip wheels and they just sent someone out to fry to fix the scooter again and never followed up with me. I should have gone with Spin Life.

I was told by your representatives that your company is family owned and will do everything possible to help customers have a great experience dealing with Marc’s. My experience with your team started out that way but lost its way shortly after the rep stated he would call me back shortly. Well the next day I waited until later in the afternoon and called back wanting to talk with that same rep so I would not have to go through the whole process of trying to explain what power wheel chair would work best for me. Well I guess he was busy with another customer so I had to go through the whole process again with a different rep. Well after going through the whole process again, that rep had an appointment he needed to attend to so as a paying customer I got shut down again. I guess I misunderstood! I thought I was a customer?. I expected one of these reps would get back to me by no later than tomorrow afternoon. Not! So I canceled an order for a smaller piece of equipment I ordered. The next day I purchased a new chair valued at $2,800.00 from a different vendor, having to go through the whole process again. Absolutely true story. Just thought you might want to know.

I did not get shipping info for the battery that I ordered one week ago

I got fooled to buying a Permobil M3 Wheelchair well over asking price. Let me start with I nev er bought a wheelchair before and made that perfectly clear when I made my first call and spoke to Sal (was fired right after I received the chair) I was told this is what I needed and it was the same chair he used and he had a like brand new unit in with 2 hours on it. I received the chair and there was rust on the back rods, seat was was faded, the leg pads were faded the internal charging connector was broke. I called to talk to Sal and he was let go or fired (dont really care) waited on someone to call me but know when did instead I got a email from a tech. I started replacing parts on the unit only to find out the unit was a 23 not a 2025. I did talk to a sales person about my issue and he said that’s probably why Mark isn’t there any more. The unit now has issues with a cable and brake errors and I’m being quoted money I don't have.. Great job Marc’s Mobility you got the most amount of money out from me and gave me a unit that looked like it was pieced together. Keith A

After doing a lot of research, I chose to purchase the merit dualer power wheelchair for three main reasons #1 indoor/ outdoor use #2 180 degrees front/rear driving abilities #3 narrow fit However, this has ended up being a horrible choice for myself as I live with MS, CMT2F (rare genetic peripheral near disease and a lower leg amputee. #1 The chair really isn't an outdoor chair at all. Even riding on sidewalks is a horribly bumpy loud ride. #2 The rotating scene is almost impossible for me to do due to lack of strength and a foot too help turn the chair around. This was very important to me because my bathroom of course is extremely narrow and I was really excited that this could being the answer but at no time did anybody say how much body effort it takes to rotate the chair. Now because I do not rotate the chair, I'm stuck with a rear wheel drive chair and should have been just put into a mid-wheel for easier and better control and tighter turns. #3 it is narrow, however the armrest constantly need to be tightened as well as the foot plate. There really isn't any way to have storage with this and using the back pocket on the seat for anything will guarantee and tear at the seams. This was my first temperature I could afford to buy for myself in order to be able to have the confidence to live again. However I'm more isolated as ever as as there is nowhere to go in this chair.

I started out talking with Jill about a particular wheelchair for sale that I saw online (according to Marc in his video "one of if not the nicest chair he's had ). She was very helpful. She measured the seat back, cushion and was even going to add a drink holder for n/c. After verifying that the chair would work for me I called back the next day and payed in full. I was emailed a receipt. The next day I was looking over the receipt and I noticed the description was for a different chair they had listed on website. I called Jill about the description and she said she would look into and call me back. Shortly I received a call back from Alex(co owner) and he explained to me that another customer that had done business with them before wanted the chair I paid for and that the chair he was sending me was comparable. (only similarity was make and model) Needless to say I wasnt happy about this and felt like a "fast one" was trying to be pulled on me. Make sure your getting the one you paid for!
