We havent got the chair yet, please let me know something.

Stay as far away from this company as possible. Was brand new at buying a power chair. I knew nothing at that point and trusted them. I was not asked the right questions to properly evaluate me for the correct chair. As a result, was sold a $4000 chair that is so big I cannot even get up on it. Oh, they offered to take it back.....for $2000 because since I took it out of the box, it's now considered used. Seriously??? How do you try it out if you do not take it out of the box, try to sit on it, and drive it around your living room? The salesman, which is apparently the son of the owner, (unless they also have an unrelated salesman with the same 1st in this "family" business) has and continues to weave an elaborate set of lies as to the events leading up to the purchase. However, when asked to produce the measurements which would PROVE he did indeed make a legitimate effort to sell me the correct chair, he has yet to do so. Yes, I made the choice as to which chair to purchase, but I did so under the misleading information supplied by their "salesman". Now that I am more educated on what should be considered and what information is needed to properly buy or sell a powerchair online, I see how easily it is to be misled. Mistakes can happen. But it's not a mistake when you lie about the facts, refuse to make it right, and then try to scam a Handicapped individual out of $2000. Buyer beware of this company.

When you call you get a recording like someone is talking to you ( Jessica ) you can't talk to a real person.

He offered to buy a lift that I have for sale. After agreeing on the price, I bought the shipping materials. When I told him I was ready to ship, he backed out of the deal.

I just filed a complaint with the BBB on this company. Below it's a copy of my complaint. Be forewarned of this company. They do not stand behind their products. On 09/20/2021, I purchased a used Pride Maxima 3-wheel scooter #S5634018024M10 for $2200.00 personal pay from Marcs Mobility, invoice #P.O.403952. The invoice included 2 new batteries at no extra charge. It had a 30-day warranty. When I used the scooter the batteries could not hold a charge. For several months I complained about this to the owner, Marc, himself, and he did finally send me 2 new batteries and a different charger. Marc told me this was all he would do for me and wouldn't send out a mechanic to look at it. This only was a short-lived fix and now the scooter is doing the same thing less than a year later. I can't get my money back and now I must pay to either get this scooter repaired or purchase another scooter. This company ripped me off of $2200.00 for a scooter that doesn't work. I don't want this happening to another low-income disabled person. I am going to pay for this scooter to be repaired by another company and pray it can be fixed as I can't afford to buy yet another scooter. I want Marcs to either come to get this scooter and refund my money or for them to pay for the repairs on this scooter. I trusted them to provide a scooter that works and that's not what I received.

the seat is very unconferable, after, looking at the seat ,its not the one that comes with the hooverround, its very thin also, i want a seat thats thick, and that comes with the mpv5, please send the write, seat out, or you can buy it back, and ill pay for shipping.. ken lippold 7247991941
