Good customer service. Take time to answer questions. Did recommend a transport/storage cover for my Permobil F5 Corpus power wheelchair for $148; however, it is way too big and doesn’t fit the chair, and looks like it was made for a scooter. The draw string doesn’t pull the cover tight around the wheels or base. The adjusted the arms and moved the joystick from right to left for me on the chair. They failed to put back all the screws and didn’t tighten the screws before shipping it. There are four out of eight screws missing on the arm adjustments and the left arm keeps falling off because it won’t tighten enough with just two screws on each side. The joy stick module fell off because there is only one screw to hold it and it wasn’t tighten enough to keep it from falling off with use.
