I purchased a Majestic 9000 and waited over s month for delivery. Finally came missing the handle and arm cover. It flipped over, hitting the back of my head. I am recovering from a stroke and cerebral hemmorage. The store never contacted me as to my condition. Recently, the headrest broke. Sent an email. No response. Will never do business with this company again.

Caused some inconvenience It took a bit to dispatch the order, and we did end up getting the battery, but the cost was spending a *whole day* at home, waiting for it, with inability to leave, because the shipment required signature. Why a battery requires signature? No clue. The only thing I could think of that they had multiple cases of fraud with people saying "I didn't get my shipment". OK. I get this. But the solution is not to punish honest customers. Had I known that ahead of time, I could have prepared (and likely chosen another place). A shipment with a more precise delivery time (a range) would have been better. Instead, it arrived at 9:30 PM and the whole day was wasted with me just hoping that it will arrive.

Hi Ronny, sorry about the inconvenience. These spare Lithium Batteries all ship directly from the manufacture Pride Mobility. All dealers drop ship these parts and Pride the shipper is the one who added signature required on the delivery so we do apologize for this.

Ordering was easy, we got a call right away confirming the order and that it fit our needs. We explained we would be out of town so to hold off on delivery. They said they would and that we would receive an email, when it was shocked. It turned up while we were away and we never received an email.

Well this seems to be a durable machine that does everything it suggests there is no viable leg room for a person with long legs and big feet -if you're under 5 ft 9 in it will make a great machine.. . Otherwise after unpacking the unit etc I am going to try it out for a while and see how well I can get used to the scooter

Recieved chair hut rear fender doesn't snap on and there's a knock underneath not happy with product should be replaced.
