I purchased my Go Go Endurance AL from Marc's mobility and was told that I could sign for the scooter when it arrived. The delivery came and left without letting anyone here know. When we found the scooter outside it looked like it fell off the truck. After sending them photos they said to open it and put it together and see if everything was okay. There has been some minor issues but the biggest problem is the fuel gauge now working to the point i wasn't sure how far I can go when the gauge says full and 1/2 mile later it's in the red. I also had a accident with the scooter flipping backwards because they never put anti-tip wheels on this one. Since I reported the accident they now have anti-tip wheels. Every time I've called them they would sent someone out to fix it and would never follow up with me. Pride is suppose to fix the problem. So far they replaced the front panel the motor with no solution to the gauge problem. The last time I contacted Marc's mobility i asked for a replacement scooter with the Anti-tip wheels and they just sent someone out to fry to fix the scooter again and never followed up with me. I should have gone with Spin Life.

I am so thankful for all the help over the years Marc's Mobility has kept me going with two motorized wheelchairs and a lift for our truck. It was so simple to have them ordered and then shipped to our door. The order l purchase for a new folding electric wheelchair was replaced with one that fit my needs so much better. Thank ya'll for going above and beyond to help us with our special needs.

Battery actually arrived 2 weeks early as they were on backorder. Easy to use their site, customer service was beyond supreme, besides, they were very helpful with answering my many questions as first time user of a Jazzy

I purchased a Majestic 9000 and waited over s month for delivery. Finally came missing the handle and arm cover. It flipped over, hitting the back of my head. I am recovering from a stroke and cerebral hemmorage. The store never contacted me as to my condition. Recently, the headrest broke. Sent an email. No response. Will never do business with this company again.

There was a glitch that caused a later than expected delivery that was not caused by Marc’s Mobility. The issue was promptly and efficiently handled by Alex and I received my scooter in good order. I’m very happy with the service I’ve received from Marc’s and the scooter is actually better than I expected!

I recently ordered a cover for an electric wheelchair from Marcmobility.com, after I placed the order, I received a call back from them explaining the difference in the covers and making sure that I was ordering the right one for the wheelchair that we have. I received the cover in a timely Mannor. Upon receiving the cover, I was very impressed at the quality of the cover. It is very heavy duty, and it fits prefect.
