It started off wobbly (seat base) but things got fixed and I love my new legs, thanks Marc and team. I would have given 5 star if the chair had not needed repairs. I would have never sent out a chair needing that modification repair as it was very un-safe for me (a C 5/6 SCI). Yes you fixed it but again, should not have gone out (very stressful and could have resulted in a life/death fall after 50 yr post injury), thank you.

Marc’s Mobility initially sold us a new ECV scooter about 2 years ago and it’s been great. A couple weeks ago we drove up and purchased a ECV scooter lift with the swing away. They installed it timely and were very friendly.
