Marcs Mobility has been amazing! When I ordered the chair, they called me to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for and would meet my needs. I had a couple questions and the big guy himself (Marc) answered the phone. He's not just the owner. He's working like everyone else. He's also making videos of the various chairs so we can make informed purchases. My chair was delivered quickly and with no issues at all. Thank you to Marcs Mobility!

We were very pleased with our overall experience. I placed my order for a new control wiring harness over the weekend. On Monday I received a phone call to verify that I had ordered the correct part so there would be no need for a return. I had the part in my hand by Friday of that same week! Now that is customer service!

This was a birthday present from my husband and I love it. the trucking company was very good and the Pride Scooter I got is great. Easy to operate and put in back of suv little heavy for me but my husband did it just fine. I would recommend it to anyone Thanks for a great product Pat

These guys are great! I received my scooter without a hitch. The driver was awesome and he even put the pallet right into my garage where I could easily take the box apart with a razor knife. The scooter is great! The seat is super comfortable and I can adjust it and the tiller in many different ways to fit my needs. And did I tell you that it is FAST!!!??? It flies! It goes twice the speed as my old one. 8 mph is quite a clip! I would not want to go any faster from fear of flipping or losing control! It is the perfect speed for a mobility scooter! I decided I needed a couple more accessories and they are sending me them as we speak! I am so grateful I found these guys by chance. I was first searching for a Pride ZT-10 and they said they were out of stock, so were all the other retailers, but told me they had the Pride Victory LX Sport and after researching them both found the LX more to my liking and need. I am extremely happy with their suggestion and now know it was the right choice! Alex and Marc are dependable and are always there when you need them. I am totally confident that if I ever run into problems that they will take care of me like family. Thanks Guys!!!!
