The product I received was perfect and work as expected. However, the best part of ordering from Marcs Mobility was the information and guidance I received. The original product I wanted was obsolete and was no longer available. Marc called me and provided an alternative product. The new product was an upgrade to the one I needed and requires another upgraded parts in order to work with my powerchair. He provided me with all the information needed about both products, he also provided a link to where to order the other product because he did not have it. He offered to buy a lift that I have for sale. After agreeing on the price, I bought the shipping materials. When I told him I was ready to ship, he backed out of the deal.

I have had my chair for a couple months now and just love it. The battery last a long time. The chair is comfortable and turns on a dime. I have had it outside and seems to well in the grass. The folks at Marc's mobility were awesome to deal with and I look forward to using them on my next purchase.

Good communication from the first questions, to ordering, to delivery instructions. Have ordered small items before from Marcs and have always been pleased. Since there are very few brick and mortar stores anymore, it is difficult to “try” a power chair before you buy. You need to have a reliable online site with which to work. I think Marc’s is such a site.
