The ease of online shopping, the fabulous customer support - 2 different calls to verify that the size of the cover I picked would fit my scooter. If you are thinking of a mobility purchase, these are the folks to call. Every step of the purchase, before I spent a single penny, was made easier and gave me such confidence in my purchase. Immediate Customer Service Saved me Grief
I have purchased two wheelchairs from Marc's Mobility. The last one, I made an error in unpacking and could not get it to operate. I knew I messed up and thought I would have to take it to a local dealer and face discrimination for buying online. I told Marc's Mobility of my dilemma. I received an immediate phone call from Mike who instructed me how to fix it over the phone. I was impressed. What a great bunch of people.

I needed it, they got it!!
I recently decided I wanted to add on a joy stick swivel device. I did not see it on any web page and decided to call Marc's. I got the store manager and within hours he added the device onto their web page. I ordered it and in about one week it came and is now on my wheelchair.

A+ We will be back!
We had an issue with a damaged mobility device shipped from the manufacturer. Alex from Marcs went to bat for us with the manufacturer to make sure we got what we deserved which ultimately ended up being sent another device and shipping the damaged one back. We haven't received our new unit yet but Alex and Marcs mobility have shown us nothing but respect, with professionalism and excellent communication throughout. I have no doubt with them in our corner we will ultimately be satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely keep them in mind for all future mobility device purchases.

Dashmoto 3 purchase from Marc’s Mobility…
I purchased a dashmoto 3 from Marc’s Mobility and am enjoying it very much. I have had a number of scooters and wheelchairs over the years, and this one is the best. It only weighs 42 pounds and can go up to 18 mph. I have taken it to Europe and had no difficulties with it whatsoever. Marc’s Mobility notified me that because I live in Washington, I was eligible to receive a refund of the sales tax paid on the purchase. I got almost $500 back. I was very happy with the transaction and can recommend the company without hesitation.

Everything was great HARMAR LIFT
Everything was great from the sales to installation. Michael was fantastic from the start. He gave us the correct information from the first phone call to subsequent calls as for vehicle tongue weight to the correct lifts for my electric wheelchair. Because of the correct information the installation of the lift went smoothly. He showed us how to properly use the lift and answered all questions including the best hook points for this chair. This is not my first time doing business with Marcs Mobility. Moreover, we will likely continue to use Marcs for my mobility needs.
