Chad took the time to listen to me. I never felt rushed or like he wasn't listening to me. Marc's Mobility truly cares and isn't out to just make a sale. They even made sure I had the perfect cushion for my chair so it would be the exact height I needed to transfer. When the chair got delivered it wouldn't start. Aubrey and Chad stayed on the phone with us until it was fixed (a wire came loose during shipping). My husband and I now have the freedom to live our lives again and I can breathe easy knowing that my husband will no longer have to push my chair and take the chance of further injury. The confirmation call was timely and ensured I had selected the proper part for replacement. The gentleman who contacted me was amiable, efficient, and kind. The product was shipped and received within just a few days.

When I leeded a mobile scooter I looked first near where we live in ElkGrove, Ca. I checked wiith several different places that sold scooters. I then saw a Marc's mobility scooter ad on my phone. I called them they are in Florida. I spoke with Marc and Alex. They are the Father and Son that that own Marc's Moblity. They answered all of my questions. Made a recommendation and I chose a scooter from Marc's Mobility. The scooter was sent to me from Florida to my home in ElkGrove, Ca. No freight charge. This was 3- yrs. ago. They provide great Cusomer Service! Three thumbs up.

Great Customer Service and price matching. There was a Fedex delivery issue and Alex worked with me. I trust their video resources and recommendations.

Caused some inconvenience It took a bit to dispatch the order, and we did end up getting the battery, but the cost was spending a *whole day* at home, waiting for it, with inability to leave, because the shipment required signature. Why a battery requires signature? No clue. The only thing I could think of that they had multiple cases of fraud with people saying "I didn't get my shipment". OK. I get this. But the solution is not to punish honest customers. Had I known that ahead of time, I could have prepared (and likely chosen another place). A shipment with a more precise delivery time (a range) would have been better. Instead, it arrived at 9:30 PM and the whole day was wasted with me just hoping that it will arrive.

Being disabled means that we have to do things differently. Marcsmobile knows that, and goes over and above to make sure the product ordered is what you need. They called and made sure the tires I ordered were the ones I needed for my wheelchair, and I even talked with a real person. They shipped really fast and I received them quickly. In a world of automation, its nice to work with a company that gives you a real person to talk to.
