At Marc's Mobility, we've always believed that mobility equipment is about so much more than just getting from one place to another. We're so glad our videos helped give you the confidence to find the right scooter and figure out how to transport it in your minivan. Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that our team provided helpful customer service and took the time to answer your questions. However, we're very disappointed to hear about the issues with your wheelchair cover and the missing and loose screws on your Permobil F5 Corpus. That is certainly not the level of quality or attention to detail we expect from our team. Your safety and satisfaction are extremely important to us, and we take these concerns seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to make things right by addressing the fit of your cover and resolving the issues with your armrests and joystick. Please contact us directly at 800-677-6293 so we can work toward a solution. In the meantime, please avoid using the chair until the loose components have been properly secured and checked. As a family-owned business, we stand behind our products and service, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention.
