great scooter great service so far

Ordering was easy, we got a call right away confirming the order and that it fit our needs. We explained we would be out of town so to hold off on delivery. They said they would and that we would receive an email, when it was shocked. It turned up while we were away and we never received an email.

They were great and I’ve been a customer for many years now. They care for my needs and always understand my disability to make sure it fits me not just sell me on something like others.

Thank you guys so much for a great experience buying my new scooter! Everyone was very helpful and nice, and I love my new scooter. I was super pleased with how quickly it got here! I will enjoy using it.

They made sure that the electric chair I ordered was exactly what I needed. They even called during process to inform me that chair had been shipped and should be here soon. Arrived very soon after and I am more than pleased. It is rare that a company does everything that it claims that it will do, but Marc's Mobility shined in that department. Thank you so much. I bought a Pheonix Power Wheelchair. The staff was very helpful making sure I got the right chair for my husband's. It is very light, but very sturdy and easily folded to be put in the back of my Suv. My husband loves this chair.
